When the outside doors are open, you will also experience the ultimate outdoor feeling inside. The yacht has a practical layout, where the living area is central. The sleeping quarters are located one floor lower in the foreship. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In one of the sleeping quarters there is a striking amount of storage space. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet in the front of the ship. The windows are double glazed in aluminium profile. And, there is a wired remote control for the bow thruster and the steering to effortlessly steer the yacht from the aft deck.

As soon as you get on the boat you enter the open cockpit with bench against the rear part, the doors to the inside can be fully opened. Inside on the starboard side is a spacious L-shaped bench with stool and on the port side is the kitchen and the steering column. If you walk down the stairs on the starboard side is a bedroom with double bed and on the port side is the bathroom with shower and toilet. In the forward cabin is a spacious double bed and storage spaces.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
