Technology includes an advanced double overhead camshaft (DOHC) and special intake and exhaust systems for optimal combustion. The rugged 8-tooth shifting mechanism ensures smooth shifting and long life, and a specially designed cap to capture and drain water even more efficiently.

Thanks to several other unique features, such as variable trolling speed control, our long-range Power Trim & Tilt system and Yamaha's optional Y-COP remote control security system, this new outboard offers optimum ease of use.
