Description

This beautiful yacht has undergone a full refit in 2016 including full 2 component paint job of the hull plus complete treatment of the underwater hull 2021.
 A completely new convertible top including a bimini over the aft deck in a beautiful dark blue Navy color was installed in 2016. The cushions of the port staterooms and the back rolls on the aft deck were reupholstered with Skai leather upholstery.The entire upholstery in the Interior was also replaced in 2016 with completely new leather upholstery, color Beige on the salon sofa and dinette and new curtains throughout the ship. A new 3 burner ceramic stove was installed in the pantry, eliminating the need for a gas system on board. All mattresses on board were also completely renewed and replaced in 2016 in both the master bedroom and the guest quarters. The vessel is also equipped with: - Generator - Bow and stern thruster - Hydraulic mast ironing system - Deck wash pump incl hose and spray gun with connection to steering position - Wash/dry combination built in.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
