Description

This Linssen Grand Sturdy 45.9 AC Twin is presented in very well-maintained and carefully looked-after condition. The yacht has been maintained with great care by her current owner, with considerable investment made in recent years to renew and modernise various systems and equipment.

In 2025, almost the complete Raymarine navigation system was renewed, including new Axiom displays, autopilots, instruments, AIS and several navigation cameras. Also installed in 2025 were two new Eberspächer heating units, two Victron solar panels, new Smart TVs and new saloon cushions. The service batteries were renewed in 2026, while the bow and stern thruster batteries were replaced in 2024. In addition, an engine service was carried out in May 2026 and new antifouling was applied in 2026.

In terms of comfort and equipment, this Linssen is particularly complete. Features include double glazing in the saloon, twin Volvo Penta D3-110 engines, electric bow and stern thrusters, HydroNautica remote control, a Mastervolt Whisper 8 Ultra generator, air conditioning in the owner’s cabin, dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction hob and an electrically operated TV lift.

The exterior is equally well cared for and includes a teak-covered swimming platform, high-quality stainless-steel davits, a full stainless-steel railing, new grey exterior cushions and a new cockpit cover from 2026.

Thanks to the combination of careful maintenance, numerous recent upgrades and her extensive equipment, this Linssen Grand Sturdy 45.9 AC Twin is a particularly complete motor yacht, ready for many comfortable cruising seasons without the need for major immediate investment.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
