This 2016 Nimbus 305 Coupé combines distinctive Scandinavian design with a practical layout and comfortable cruising characteristics. The deep-V hull provides stable and confident handling, while the wide side decks, teak-finished cockpit and bathing platform create an inviting outdoor area. A Lewmar electric anchor windlass can be operated from both the foredeck and the helm, while Side-Power bow and stern thrusters make manoeuvring easy.
The large sliding aft door creates a natural connection between the cockpit and saloon. Inside, large windows and two opening roof hatches provide plenty of natural light and ventilation. The saloon features a retractable Alphatronics television and a Fusion audio system. The well-equipped galley includes a two-burner electric ceramic cooktop, ENO gas oven and two Isotherm refrigeration units, including a convenient refrigerator drawer beneath the saloon seating. Power is provided by a Volvo Penta D3-220 diesel engine with shaft drive. The helm is equipped with extensive Simrad navigation equipment, including GPS, chartplotter, depth sounder and VHF radio. Two solar panels on the saloon roof support the onboard electrical system, making this Nimbus 305 Coupé well suited not only to comfortable day cruising, but also to longer stays on board.
