This yacht has a chic appearance due to the beige leather upholstery and the matching carpeting in combination with the wood.

As soon as you step on the boat you first enter the cockpit where there is a spacious bench, here the floor is covered with teak. Under the floor there is another large hatch with space for storage. As soon as you step on the boat you enter the saloon where on the starboard side there is a sitting area with two chairs and a bench. On the port side there is another comfortable chair and plenty of storage space. As soon as you go down the stairs there is on the port side the kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher.

The boat has two cabins. The forward cabin is the owner's cabin, a practical and comfortable space with ample storage space. The other cabin, on the starboard side, is the guest cabin, with a simple layout that provides a functional and quiet sleeping space. Both cabins are functionally furnished, ideal for longer stays on board.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
