Description

This 1996 Linssen Classic Sturdy 400 AC is a robust and comfortable motor yacht, 12.40 meters long and 4.05 meters wide, built of steel with a stable multi-chined hull for smooth, steady sailing. The interior is warm and stylish, with teak paneling and white leather on the seating area and helm seat. The saloon is spacious and inviting, featuring a fully equipped galley with a Miele induction cooktop and a Bomann microwave. The dinette can be converted into two additional berths, in addition to the two bedrooms: an aft owner's cabin with two single beds and a forward guest cabin with a pointed double bed. Two bathrooms with VacuFlush toilets and a separate shower provide comfort and privacy.

Powered by a reliable Volvo Penta TAMD-41P 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with 200 hp and indirect cooling, the boat offers a generous cruising range thanks to its four fuel tanks totaling 1760 liters. Hydraulic steering with dual helm stations facilitates maneuvering, and bow and stern thrusters simplify mooring. A pleasant climate on board is ensured by Eberspächer hot-air heating, and a Frigoboat air conditioning system with two units and four outlets ensures comfortable cooling or heating of all areas.

The water system consists of two 220-liter water tanks with an automatic pressure pump and a 55-liter hot water boiler heated by shore power or the engine. Seven batteries, a Mastervolt inverter/charger, and an Onan generator provide power. The teak deck and integrated swim platform with rubber rubbing rail provide a safe and elegant outdoor space, complete with stainless steel railings, a self-draining cockpit, a bilge pump, fire extinguishers, and an electrically operated Vetus anchor winch from the foredeck with a remote control.

This vessel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and robustness, ideal for long voyages or relaxing cruising pleasure with family and friends.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
