Linssen Grand Sturdy 380 AC – Classic, stylish and fully serviced

This Linssen Grand Sturdy 380 AC (2002) is in excellent condition and is the perfect combination of classic lines and modern comfort. Thanks to numerous upgrades in recent years—including a new convertible top, refrigerator, boiler, lighting, and curtains—this yacht is ready for carefree sailing pleasure.

With her generous saloon, spacious dinette, two cabins, and two bathrooms, she offers ample living space for extended stays on board. The warmly decorated cherry wood paneling and new curtains create a luxurious, inviting atmosphere.

The reliable Volvo Penta engine with only 1200 operating hours, combined with bow and stern thrusters, makes maneuvering easy and comfortable. The exterior is fully decked in teak, with the decks being resealed in the 2023-2024 winter. The spacious swimming platform, the new convertible in Linssen livery, and the complete outdoor cushion set complete the picture.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
