General

This well maintained Windy 48 Triton is available for viewing at our sales marina in Roermond!

The Windy 48 Triton raises the bar for high-performance, fuel-efficient, all-weather family cruising, combining exceptional maneuverability and seaworthiness with luxury and spacious accommodation. Thanks to her technically advanced hull and vacuum-cast construction, this lightweight but immensely strong cruiser is safe to handle in offshore conditions. Her sleek hardtop is standard, allowing the upper deck to serve as a bright and spacious salon. When the sun shines, the large electric sunroof can be opened and the cockpit doors swung open.

Easy access to the lower deck leads to a well-equipped galley. There is also a cozy salon with deep comfortable seating, two spacious guest cabins with spacious shower and an owner's ensuite forward.

This Windy 48 Triton is equipped with 2x Volvo Penta IPS 600 engines with approx. 925 hours of operation.
Furthermore, the yacht is equipped with several luxury options such as radar, washing machine and hydraulic gangway.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
