Elegant saloon with a view

Upon entering the spacious salon, you are welcomed by an elegant seating area with panoramic views of the water, framed by classic windows reflecting Jon Bannenberg's design. The salon is infused with the atmosphere of the 1980s, complete with vibrant green wall and floor coverings that add a touch of nostalgia.

Inviting bar and kitchen

The inviting bar in the lounge is equipped with a fridge, storage space and a sink with tap, perfect for preparing refreshing drinks and snacks. The kitchen, finished in classic green, features a 4-burner gas hob, allowing you to prepare the most delicious dishes.

Comfortable accommodation

The Mystere 1982 sleeps a total of 10 people, ideal for a cosy weekend with friends and family. The spacious owner's cabin, located at the back of the ship, features a beautiful French free-standing double bed. There are also four guest cabins: one with a bunk bed at the back and three at the front of the ship, two of which have bunk beds and a spacious guest cabin with a double V-bed at the very front.

Bathrooms and sanitary facilities

A bathroom with toilet, shower stall and bidet is located at the back of the ship. At the front of the ship, near the guest cabin with the V-bed, is a separate bathroom with both a shower and a toilet. Between the guest cabins at the front is a central bathroom with a shared shower and toilet, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests.

In the saloon, to the right of the steering wheel you will find a storage compartment with cassette tapes, matching the interior and style of the ship. These cassettes allow you to play classic 80s music, completing the nostalgic atmosphere.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
