Step aboard the Linssen Grand Sturdy 410 Sedan, a masterpiece of Dutch craftsmanship that seamlessly combines luxury and functionality. This motor yacht, designed by Anne Elsinga and built by Linssen Yachts in Maasbracht, is a paragon of elegance and reliability.
At 13.25 metres long and 4.25 metres wide, this yacht offers spacious living spaces and comfortable cruising. The sturdy steel vessel is designed for seas up to wind force 8 and wave heights of up to 4 metres, making it perfect for adventurous sea voyages. The articulated hull shape and double glazing ensure stability and comfort in all conditions.
The interior of the Grand Sturdy 410 Sedan oozes luxury. The spacious saloon has a comfortable L-shaped seating area and two armchairs, plenty of natural light and a sliding door at the inside steering position. The owner's cabin forward offers a spacious double French bed, while the guest cabin has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Thanks to the Easy Sleep Convert System, the saloon settee can be easily converted into additional berths.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a three-burner induction hob, a Bauknecht combi oven/microwave and a spacious fridge. The spacious shower, separated from the toilet, has a seat for extra comfort.
Under the bonnet is a reliable Volvo Penta D3-150 engine, good for 150 hp. With 12 batteries, a powerful battery charger and a 6 kW Whisper Power generator, this yacht is completely self-sufficient. Hydraulic steering, remote bow and stern thrusters, and extensive Raymarine navigation equipment ensure effortless steering.
The teak-floored aft deck provides a lovely place to relax, complete with a teak wood cockpit table. The integrated swim platform with stainless steel swim ladder makes a dip in the water easy and enjoyable.
Safety is top priority with an automatic fire extinguishing system in the engine room, manual and electric bilge pumps and full stainless steel sea railing all around. The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
