General

The Linssen Classic Sturdy 400 AC Twin from 1993 offers an inviting interior with a spacious saloon, complete with a comfortable L-shaped seating area. The modern interior features a wood look with teak panelling, which has recently been renewed with a fresh, contemporary white finish in the saloon, galley, master cabin and guest cabin.

On board you will find two bedrooms, each with two single beds for comfortable overnight stays. The owner's cabin is located in the transom of the ship, while the guest cabin is located in the bow.

For guest comfort, the guest cabin is equipped with a bathroom with a VacuFlush toilet and a hand shower. The owner's cabin has a separate shower and a toilet room with a sink for extra privacy.

Technically the yacht is well equipped with diesel fired hot air heating and heat exchanger heating, powered by the powerful 150 hp Volvo Penta TMD 41B engines. The inside steering position is equipped with an Autohelm ST7000 autopilot, Autohelm instruments, a compass, anemometer, rudder angle indicator and a Standard Horizon VHF radio for safe communication.

An Onan 3.5Kw generator and stainless steel davits, each capable of lifting 250kg, provide additional functionality on board, ideal for safely launching a dinghy, for example.

In short, the Linssen Classic Sturdy 400 AC Twin combines comfort, functionality and technical reliability in a professional and efficient way, perfectly suited for water sports enthusiasts and adventurers.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
