Description

The 1997 Linssen Dutch Sturdy 260 OC. Powered by a reliable 4-cylinder Volvo Penta TMD-22 engine with 78 HP, this yacht offers a powerful and smooth sailing experience, ready for new adventures thanks to an excellent maintenance history.
The Dutch Sturdy 260 OC's construction immediately stands out for its attention to detail and quality. All fixed windows are set in anodised aluminium profiles, guaranteeing both durability and a modern look. In the wheelhouse, there is a practical swing window and a sliding window, while the wet room is also fitted with a sliding window for optimum ventilation. The cabin features four original aluminium folding portholes that provide ample light and air circulation.
The interior is finished in high-quality Quartier mahogany with grey mottled upholstery, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. Forward is a double bed, while the dinette can be converted into two additional berths, making this vessel suitable for longer stays on board.
The galley is practically equipped with an Eno 3-burner gas cooker, an electric Coolmatic 60-litre fridge with a freezer compartment, and an Eberspacher D1L C hot air heater for comfort even under the cockpit tent.
The Linssen Dutch Sturdy 260 OC has a Vetus 50kgf electric bow thruster, which makes manoeuvring easy. The sturdy light brown cable fender all around and the triple fully opening cockpit doors in beautiful solid mahogany add a classic charm to the robust design.
Either the yacht you have been looking for, now at our sales marina in Roermond.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
