Step aboard and you are welcomed in a spacious salon, filled with natural light that falls through the large double-glazed aluminum section windows. Here you will find an inviting salon sofa and an elegant leather armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

At the front of the boat is the guest cabin, equipped with a 2-person V-bed, ideal for guests. At the back of the boat is the owner's cabin, equipped with a beautiful freestanding French double bed, providing an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. Additional berths are easily created by converting the dinette.

In the kitchen there is a 4-burner gas stove from Thetford and a Severin oven discreetly concealed. Hot water comes from the 40-liter water heater, which can run on either engine or 220V.

The bathroom is functional and stylish, with a separate shower and toilet, each with modern amenities such as a towel radiator and an elegant Tecma electric toilet. The full cockpit tent with awning mesh provides shade and comfort, while the ability to cover the aft deck protects you from the weather.

The stainless steel sea railing and fold-out steps provide additional safety and accessibility. For navigation, the vessel is equipped with modern Raymarine instruments, including a depth gauge and log, and an Icom VHF radio for reliable communications.

This vessel is not only beautiful, but also practical. The complete set of fenders and fender baskets, along with the rubber fenders, ensure that you don't have to worry about damage. Maintenance has been done recently, with new antifouling and a painted hull in 2023.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
