Description

Step aboard the 1995 Linssen Classic Sturdy 400 AC, a motor yacht built and maintained with craftsmanship and care, offering a perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort. With a powerful 145 hp Volvo Penta 6-cylinder engine, this yacht exudes power and reliability, ideal for quiet cruising or adventurous voyages.
Upon entering the spacious saloon, you immediately experience the warmth of the classic interior, with refined teak panelling and comfortable beige upholstery, which was recently completely renewed in 2024. From the saloon, stairs lead to a cosy dinette on the port side and a well-equipped galley on the starboard side. Here you have everything on hand, from a three-burner gas hob and oven to a microwave and spacious fridge. Whether you are preparing a quick lunch or an elaborate dinner, this kitchen makes it possible.
The layout offers both privacy and luxury: the owner's cabin in the rear is equipped with two comfortable single beds, a separate shower room and a private toilet. Forward, guests will find a guest cabin with a double V-bed and its own toilet.
Onboard equipment is extensive and focused on convenience. For hot days, enjoy the spacious deck area, which is fully teak and recently polished. At the swim platform, you can easily reach the fold-out swim ladder. For colder days, there is a powerful Eberspacher hot air diesel heater. This heater can heat the entire boat.
The Linssen Classic Sturdy 400 AC is also equipped with advanced navigation and steering tools, including a Raymarine chart plotter and an Autohelm autopilot, allowing you to sail with confidence even on unfamiliar waters. The electric bow thruster facilitates mooring and manoeuvring in smaller harbours. Spray hood and cockpit tent, both renewed in 2024.
This Linssen is not only timeless, but also partially refitted and in excellent condition, including a new coat of antifouling and a recently polished hull. This makes her ready for many years of carefree sailing pleasure and new adventures on the water.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
