This 2010 Linssen Grand Sturdy 34.9 AC comes from her first owner, has always been carefully maintained and is presented in very good condition. With a length of 10.78 metres, this steel motor yacht combines the proven build quality of Linssen Yachts with a practical layout and comfortable cruising characteristics.
The interior is finished in warm cherry wood, complemented by beige leather upholstery and matching curtains. Large windows and the light-coloured headlining create a bright and pleasant atmosphere in the saloon. The spacious L-shaped seating area can be converted into two additional berths using the Easy Sleep Convert system. The yacht has two cabins, each with a double bed, providing four fixed berths and accommodation for up to six people.
The galley is practically equipped with a three-burner ENO gas cooker, an 80-litre Waeco refrigerator with freezer compartment, and ample work and storage space. There are two electric Jabsco toilets on board. Adjacent to the forward cabin is a separate shower room with a teak seat. Hot water is supplied by a 24-litre Isotemp boiler, heated either by the engine or via 230V shore power.
For comfortable cruising during the cooler months, the yacht is equipped with a 4 kW Eberspächer Airtronic D4 diesel hot-air heating system. In addition to heating the interior, there is an extra hot-air outlet beneath the cockpit tent. Entertainment is provided by a Samsung television in the saloon and a Sony radio with separately switchable indoor and outdoor speakers.
The yacht is powered by a Volvo Penta D2-75 diesel engine with approximately 714 running hours, coupled to a ZF25-2.8 gearbox and shaft drive. A Vetus bow thruster with 55 kgf of thrust assists with manoeuvring. The electrical installation includes four service batteries from 2022, a starter battery from 2026 and a Mastervolt Mass Combi 12/2000-100 charger/inverter.
Navigation equipment includes Raymarine ST60+ instruments for speed, depth and rudder position, together with a Raymarine RAY49E VHF radio. On deck, the yacht features stainless steel railings with access gates on both sides, an integrated swimming platform finished with solid teak, a stainless steel swimming ladder with teak steps and two windscreen wipers. The manual Vetus anchor windlass is fitted with a galvanised chain and a 15 kg Bruce anchor.
