The Linssen Grand Sturdy 30.0 Sedan Intero from 2020 is a luxurious and excellently maintained motor yacht in almost new condition. This model, built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Linssen Yachts, offers a high-quality finish and innovative technology. With a length of 9.70 meters, a width of 3.35 meters and a draft of 1.00 meters, the ship is perfectly suited for inland waterways and coastal shipping.

The spacious saloon features an L-shaped seating area with Easy Sleep Convert System, a luxurious galley and a steering position on the starboard side. The forward cabin offers a comfortable freestanding double bed, a separate shower and an electric Jabsco toilet. The boat is equipped with a 51 hp Volvo Penta D2-50 diesel engine with only 170 operating hours, bow and stern thrusters with remote control and a Victron Multiplus Compact energy system.

The equipment includes an electric sliding roof (Linssen e-Variodeck®), a 24” LED TV, a Fusion RA70N audio system, a Raymarine navigation package with chart plotter and VHF, and an electric anchor winch. The exterior is stylishly finished with a teak cockpit floor, a swimming platform with stainless steel swimming ladder and a Linssen synthetic fiber rope fender.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
