Description

Step aboard the Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 Sedan and experience the ultimate in comfort and craftsmanship. This yacht is designed for those who enjoy stylish sailing and do not want to compromise on luxury and ease of use. Powered by a reliable Volvo Penta D3-110 engine, this boat offers a perfect balance between performance and relaxation, making every trip a pleasure, whether you are cruising gently on the rivers or taking a longer trip.

As soon as you enter the spacious saloon, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The L-shaped sofa offers ample seating for relaxing or entertaining, and the matching coffee table completes the picture. For a cozy meal, there is a stylish dining area, where the table can easily be folded away to create extra space. The helm station is also located in the saloon, next to the luxurious galley that is fully equipped with modern appliances. Here you will find everything you need to cook comfortably on board, without compromising on convenience. The Sedan Variodeck, including a mosquito screen, makes the space seem larger on sunny days and gives you the feeling of being outside.

The layout of the sleeping quarters is clever and comfortable. The owner’s cabin in the bow has a spacious, free-standing double bed, which offers a feeling of luxury and space. The guest cabin, on the port side, is furnished with two single beds that can easily be converted into a generous double bed. Thanks to this flexible layout, everyone can enjoy tailor-made comfort. If you have extra guests, the saloon sofa can be converted into two extra sleeping places in no time.

The sanitary facilities are as practical as they are stylish. The shower and toilet are located separately, with the shower area equipped with a handy seat. The electric toilet and the luxury washbasin complete the toilet area and contribute to the feeling of comfort on board.

In terms of navigation and electronics, this yacht is more than fully equipped. With a Raymarine Axiom Pro 12 multifunction display, autopilot and chartplotter, as well as a depth sounder and log, you have everything at hand to navigate safely and effortlessly. Bow and stern thrusters with separate remote control ensure easy manoeuvring, even in the tightest harbours.

The Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 Sedan is more than just a yacht; it is a reflection of craftsmanship and luxury. Ready for your next adventure? This ship offers you the perfect combination of elegance, space and user-friendliness.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
