General

Exclusively at BestBoats Roermond we offer this magnificent Linssen Grand Sturdy 470 MKIII from 2013, a yacht that impresses in every way. Upon entering the covered aft cockpit, the high-quality convertible top immediately catches the eye, which, thanks to the clever height adjustment system, effortlessly disappears under low bridges. Via the polished stainless steel passerelle you step on board dry and safely, where the warm glow of cherry wood accents and the soft cream colour of the Pallona leather benches in the saloon welcome you.

In this generous living space, audiovisual needs disappear effortlessly: a 24″ LED TV with integrated tuner rises from the furniture at the touch of a button, while the Bose 3.2. 1 Home Cinema system with surround speakers and subwoofer provides a living room experience on the water. The dinette also offers the flexibility to convert into an extra sleeping area for guests at night.

Below deck you will find luxurious sanitary facilities with Corian washbasins in “Sahara” and “Vanilla” and two identical showers with vinyl finish walls and Bisque shower trays. For ultimate comfort, both rooms are equipped with designer radiators. During the day, you can enjoy cooking on four ceramic zones in the galley and cooking in the stainless steel combi oven/microwave/grill, while the wide fridge-freezer and the built-in cool box keep every lunch refreshing.

With the powerful Vetus-Deutz diesel engines and hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, you can effortlessly maneuver into the harbor, supported by Naiad Marine stabilizers that ensure a stable cockpit even in the roughest waves. The Onan generator with digital monitoring, two solar panels and an extensive 12V on-board network with gel batteries ensure that all systems – from air conditioning to automatic water pump – are always ready.

This is not just any motor yacht, but a fully finished Linssen top model in which every choice for luxury and ease of use is underlined. Experience the perfect combination of craftsmanship, comfort and elegance on board this Grand Sturdy 470 MKIII. Contact BestBoats Roermond for an exclusive tour and taste the freedom of carefree sailing.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
