Description

The Valkkruiser Content 1300, built in 2000, combines robust steel construction with sophisticated luxury and advanced technology, making it an exceptionally reliable and comfortable motor yacht. The hard-chined hull ensures stable, smooth sailing, even in rough conditions, while the spacious teak-clad swim platform with its elegant spiral staircase provides safe and elegant access to the water.

The helm station can be completely enclosed with a black, lockable spray hood, which seamlessly transitions into a bimini spanning the entire aft deck. This provides excellent protection from wind and rain, ensuring comfortable sailing in all weather conditions. The full stainless steel railing, with access points on both sides, ensures safety and ease of boarding and moving around on deck.

The ship is superbly equipped technically. The hydraulic Hydronautica remote control allows for smooth and precise control of both the bow and stern thrusters, as well as both engines, simplifying maneuvering in narrow harbors or while moored. The powerful bow and stern thrusters provide additional control and stability at low speeds.

For autonomous energy supply, the yacht features a robust 15 kW Mitsubishi generator, which provides reliable power on board, ideal for extended stays, and includes all electrical utilities. The electric Lofrans anchor winch with a stainless steel pole anchor makes anchoring easy and safe.

In addition, the two Prasolux stainless steel davits, each with a lifting capacity of 120 kg, allow for easy lifting and transport of a dinghy or other small vessel. All these high-quality options and thoughtful details combine to make the Valkkruiser Content 1300 a robust and versatile vessel, perfectly suited for comfortable and safe sailing.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
