Description

The 2006 Linssen Grand Sturdy 380 AC is a magnificent example of Dutch craftsmanship, where timeless design meets reliable technology. This 11.5-meter steel motor yacht combines classic elegance with modern comfort and is fully equipped for carefree cruising on inland and coastal waters. Thanks to the robust 114 hp Vetus Deutz diesel engine and only 895 engine hours, you'll enjoy quiet, reliable performance, while the multi-chined hull guarantees stability, course-keeping, and a comfortable ride.

On board, you'll immediately experience the warm, inviting atmosphere that characterizes Linssen. The stylishly furnished saloon offers ample seating to relax and enjoy the view. Forward, you'll find a fully equipped galley with a three-burner gas stove and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, opposite a cozy dinette that can easily be converted into an additional berth. The forward guest cabin features two comfortable single beds and an ensuite toilet, while the spacious owner's cabin aft has a large double bed and a private bathroom with shower. There are four fixed berths on board in total, with the option of adding two more.

Onboard comfort is further enhanced by a comprehensive heating system with hot water circulation and radiators throughout the vessel, as well as a hot water boiler that runs on both shore power and engine heat. This Linssen's handling also leaves nothing to be desired. The hydraulic interior and exterior steering makes sailing and maneuvering easy, while the electric bow and stern thrusters ensure effortless control in any harbor. The air draft of just 2.90 meters (with the helm station folded down) also makes the vessel suitable for a wide range of sailing areas, both domestically and internationally.

In terms of navigation and electronics, the Grand Sturdy 380 AC is equipped with a Raymarine ST60 log, depth sounder, compass, and rudder angle indicator, as well as a Standard Horizon VHF radio for secure communication. In the saloon, a TV and Sony audio system provide additional relaxation during longer voyages.

Outside, the high-quality teak deck surrounding the boat is immediately noticeable, providing not only a luxurious appearance but also practicality. The cockpit tent and bimini ensure comfortable stays in all weather conditions, while the integrated swim platform with stainless steel ladder invites you for a refreshing dip. The electric anchor winch, operated from the outside helm station, also contributes to the ease of use.

Safety is always a top priority at Linssen. This Grand Sturdy is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system in the engine compartment, an electric bilge pump, and a self-draining cockpit. Thanks to its solid construction and CE B standard, the boat is suitable for coastal waters and can sail safely in winds up to 8 Beaufort and waves up to four meters.

With its solid build quality, well-thought-out layout, and comprehensive equipment, this Linssen Grand Sturdy 380 AC is an ideal yacht for those seeking comfort, style, and reliability. Whether it's relaxing weekend getaways or extended boating holidays, this boat offers everything you need for unforgettable moments on the water.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
