Description

The Reline 38 SLX, built in 2002 by the renowned shipyard ReLine Yachts BV, is an elegant and robust steel motor yacht that perfectly combines comfort and craftsmanship. With a length of 11.47 meters and a beam of 3.8 meters, this vessel offers stable handling and a spacious, bright layout ideal for relaxing on board.

The interior exudes warmth and style with cherry wood finishes, blue carpeting, and comfortable cushions. Aft is the spacious owner's cabin with a freestanding double bed, while the saloon and lounge seating forward offer a cozy spot to enjoy time together. The galley is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, combination microwave/oven, and a spacious Dometic refrigerator with freezer compartment. The water system provides 500 liters of fresh water and hot water via a Sigmar Marine boiler, heated by the engine or 220V.

The boat is powered by a reliable 159 hp Vetus Deutz DT64 diesel engine, combined with a ZF HSW450 gearbox and a four-bladed bronze propeller. Hydraulic steering and electric bow and stern thrusters ensure optimal maneuvering, even in tight moorings.

Outdoors, the Reline 38 SLX features a full teak deck, an integrated swim platform with a stainless steel ladder, a black sprayhood, and a bimini for shelter from the sun and wind. Safety and comfort are guaranteed with an electric windlass, bilge pump, self-bailer, and fire extinguisher.

Electronically, the boat is excellently equipped with VDO navigation instruments, a marine radio, a rudder angle indicator, and a comprehensive Victron Energy system, including an inverter, battery charger, and an isolation transformer. Entertainment on board is provided by a Samsung TV in the saloon and a Sony radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage. 

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert. 

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself. 

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document. 

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems. 

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
